										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay.  I will admit it.  I&#8217;m not a believer in &#8220;global warming&#8221; and I frankly see most of the &#8220;going green&#8221; campaigns as a marketing gimmick.  However, that being said, there is something being a responsible global citizen and if &#8220;going green&#8221; can help save some of my hard-earned green, I&#8217;m little more inclined to be interested.</p>
<p>So what is the ultimate green car?  A Honda Insight? A Toyota Prius? A Tesla Roadster? A golf cart? Your bicycle? Or is it this?</p>
