In the 1980s this was one of my regular ”Cars of the Day” (COTD).
The Conquest was really just a Mitsubishi Starion that was imported and rebadged as a Conquest. This would be the beginning of the DSM cars that would follow and include cars like the Eclipse/Laser/Talon and Stealth/3000GT.
